THE Trustees have received instructions to have sold by auction the clipper barque Malay, 328 tons register, built in Dundee, Scotland. This vessel has just landed 500 tons of coal from Newcastle ; is a very fast sailer, thoroughly coppered and fastened, and is exceedingly well found. Is well adapted for the Mauritius or China trade. GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the Trustees to sell by public auction, on Thursday, 29th August, at 2 o’clock, at his rooms, Lambton,-qnay, those splendid freehold premises contained in Lot No. 1— No. 1 Lor. . A three-storey warehouse (freehold), • erected in 1876; contractors, Rountree and Russell ; architect, C. Tringham, Esq.
