Seven hundred acres (or thereabouts) of land in the picturesque valley of the Pakuratahi, distant one and a half miles from the Kaitoki station. About four hundred and fifty acres of the land are cleared and laid down in English grasses, subdivided into paddocks and orchard. The property has a frontage of about two and a half miles to the main road leading from Wellington to the Wairarapa, and there is a constant, stream of water running through it. The buildings consist of one two-storey house containing six rooms, a cottage containing four rooms, a ten-stall stable, and several outbuildings. The orchard, of about one acre in extent, is well stocked with fruit trees, and fenced. 2. Five hundred acres, situate also at Pakuratahi, on the opposite side of the road to the above. Seventy acres of the land are cleared and laid down in English grasses, fenced and subdivided into, paddocks, and about one hundred acres are perfectly level. There is a house containing eleven rooms, a stable with thirty stalls and loose box. A stream of water runs through the property.
