Large quantities of goods are being received into stock from the five HngTlsh ships now discharging at the wharf, and fur some time to come ourmarket may bo considered over supplied when the vessels on the way out are taken Into account. Prices of all imported goods «eraain low, varying little from recent quotations, and with au Inc cased downward tendency. In colonial produce we report no improvement in butter, cheese, and bacon. There exists a fair demand for these articles, but buyers evince no disposition to increase their limits. Flour, both C mterbury ami Oiintni. lias gone lower owing to'the large stocks in hand here and the low prices ruling throughout the colony. We quota be t brands at £ll 10s to £ll 15s par ton for sacks In trade lota, bran continues scarce, and Is worth Is 5d to Is Gd per biuhel. Pollard in fair enquiry at £7 per ton. Feeding grains continue In active demtnd, and oats have advanced in value within the week to 4s 9d per bushel for prime milling oats. Ordinary feed, 4s Gil to 4» 7d per bushel.
