SPECIAL TELEGRAM. London, July 10. The Asian boundaries of Turkey have been settled by tile Berlin Congress. It it expected that the treaty will be signed ou Saturday. Hoedel, at Berlin, baa been sentenced to death. The British Consul, Mr. Fawcett, reports that eighty-eight villages have been plundered and burnt by the Russians and Bulgarians during the last two months. In the cricket match Australians v. Eighteen of Swansea, South Wales, the score of the first innings of the Australians was 219 ; Bailey making 35. Swansea, first innings, 91. July. 11.
