Auctions PRELIMINARY NOTICE. Messes, bethune & hunter wm sell by public auction at the Odd Follows’ Hall, Lambtoa Quay, Wellington, within six weeks from the present date— Town Acres N05,;162,164, andl66, divided into about sixty very valuable building allotments, having frontages to Wellington Terrace; Dixon Street, and to a new Street to be carried through the block.
