She s.» Stormbird sailed for Wanganui at 10 o’clock on Saturday night. As the repairs to the Kiwi’s nir-puuop were not completed on .Saturday she was unable to leave for Castlepoint and Napier. She U expected to get away to-day. The s.s. Wanaka will arrive hero this morning from Auckland via the East Coast, and go South in the afternoon. The schooners Rose of Eden and Star of. the Sea, for Polorua Sound, sailed on Saturday. The s.s. Wellington arrived here from Picton and Nelson at 7 a.m. yesterday. She left Nelson «t 2.30 p,m. on Saturday, and arrived in Picton at 10 o clock game night; left again at midnight, and arrived here 'as above stated. The Wellington will sail again for Picton and Nelson at 1 o clock this afternoon. The s.s. Tararoa, from Melbourne and Hobarton via the .South, arrived on Saturday morning. She left the Sandridge Railway Tier, Melbourne, at 11 a.m. on the 15th, and passed Swan Island at 11.30 n.m next day. Same evening the wind chopped round to tho S.E., and carried away her jibboom. Spoke the schooner Shepherdess on Friday morning, hound from West Wanganui to this port. The s.s. Albion sailed for Melbourne and Hobarton. via the South at 2.30 p.m. yesterday. The schooner Ruby, which left here on Friday even., lug for Kaikoura, came back on Saturday afternoon only having got as far as Worsers Bay. The barque Rialto went down to the outer anc£ssv nge on Saturday. She will clear to-day at tho Cmtfptai for London, and sail with the first fair wind. The s.s. DISASTER TO THE ORAIGIE LEE. A telegram was received on Saturday by Messrs. Levin and Co., the agents for Messrs. Shaw, Savill, and Co. in this city, from Captain Wlnther, of the barque Cralgio Lee, Informing them that he, had’ put into Oeraldcn (Champion Bay, Western Australia), through loss of his topmasts, sails, yards, and bulwarks. Messrs. Bethuno and Hunter* Lloyd’s agents, have also received the following telegram : ■ “The Cralgle Leo has put in hero with loss of topmast,' sails, and bulwark?. Her cargo is much damaged.- Tho repairs to enable her to proceed will take two months.— Geo. Shenton, Lloyd’s agent. Freemantle, 25th." Tho Cralgio Leo is bound from London to this port, under charter to Messrs. Shaw, Sayill, and Co., and left there on the tttU February, consequently she was fully duo here., and was expected to show up every day until the telegrams wore received announcing her detention. Sho“is a Dublin vessel, owned by Mr. W. O. McCormack, and is 022 tons register.
