SUPREME COURT—IN BANKRUPTCY.
Tuesday, Mat 7. (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) Re Charles Henry Gottlieb Nees.—Dr. Buller, who applied for the immediate discharge of the debtor, stated all, the meetings had lapsed, no creditor having felt sufficient interest to attend. Order made for the debtor’s discharge. • Re Wm. Murly Summerhays and Alfred Wheeler.—Dr. Buller appeared for the debtors, who applied for an order of discharge. There was no opposition, and an order was made as asked.
IN BANCCX , ■ (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) All cases on the list were postponed by arrangement. His Honor stated .thab probably there would be a sitting in banco on Monday, by which date Mr. Justice Richmond would have returned to Wellington.
