Wool —There has been a little more coming forward during the past week than has been the case lor some time past . At present the English market is dull. Sheepskins.—We have had a fair supply forward for the week, and as the skins are now showing: a good growth of wool, prices are gradually advancing, and are now selling forßutchers’ green skins, Is 6d to 4s; lambs. Is 3d to 2s 9d; dry skins, Is 3d to 3s; and station skins.'in bales, 4d to 7d per lb.' ■ ’ Hides. —Wo have an average supply to hand, which wo have disposed of as follows, viz—for green ox, 16s to 48s each; cow, 2|d to 2}; Victorian salted,'3d to 4d; and New Zealand, to 5d per lb. j ) Tallow.—'The quantity coming to hand is not large, and prices are—for inferior, £26 to £2B: mixed, £29 to £32; beef, £3O to £32; and mutton, £3l to £B3 per ton. ' ' * Leather:—There is a fair demand, and our sales have been —for crop, 8d to lOd; kip, Is 4d to la 7d ; runners, Is 7d to Is lid; calf, 2s to 2s 9d; brown kangaroo, Is 3d to Is 6cl; waxed kangaroo, Is 8d to 2s ; wallaby, 2s to 2s 9d ; harness, 12 to 14d per lb ; and basils. 3s9d to 13s per doz. - * • • Wheat.—There has been a fair trade doing, and our sales have been —for medium,'4s 8d to 6s 2d; and for superior lots, ss4d to 5s Cd. I ‘, . * j Flour. —We have sold at £lllos to £lll7s fid. 1 Oats.—There is a fair demand at the following prices, viz—for Tartarian (good quality), 4s 4d to 4s 9d; feed, 4s 3d to 4s 6d; and milling, 4s 9d to ss. 5 Maize.—There is a good demand at present at the following rates, 4s 3d to 4s Bd. i Barley.—There U a fair demand, and good milling is worth 6s Cd to 5s 9cl. j
