They must be marked “ Tender for Harbor Works” on outside of envelope, and must be addressed to the Chairman. Plans and specifications may be seen at this office, at the City Council Offices, Wellington, and at the offices of the Harbor Board at Auckland, at Lyttelton, and at Dunedin. Each tender must be sent in with properly filled in schedule on printed forms, which will be supplied on application.
