Sip., —ln reference to a paragraph which appeared in your issue of the 27th inst., to the effect that MoKain and myself were disqualified for an “ uumiatakeable run ” in the Three-mile Walkitg Handicap on Boxing Day, I beg to state that as far as I myself ■was concerned there is no foundation for the statement, whoever your informant may have have been.—l am, Sec., J.
