We understand that a caucus of the Oppesition members was held yesterday to decide what action should be taken by them in the present state of political affairs. Thirty-seven members were present, there were three pairs, and five members sent excuses for non-atten-dance, but signified their entire concurrence in the bringing on a vote of want of confidence again. The meeting was unanimous in deciding that this course should be adopted, it being clear that they have a majority in number. In pursuance of this decision Major Atkinson yesterday afternoon gave notice that he should move to-day “That this House has now no confidence in the Government”—a motion that will inevitably be carried, if all the Opposition members vote, as it is presumed they will on this occasion.
