Wo have received several letters in reference to the drainage scheme and Mr. Bell’s report on Mr. Climie’s plans,but until Mr. Climie’s answer to Mr. Beilis laid before the Council wo must decline to publish any letters on the question at issue between these gentlemen. ** Education” has not furnished us with his name.
