The Scfaiehallion from London and the Silas Fish from New York, with cargoes for this port, have arrived, and will add considerably to our already large stocks. There has beep no change in value with the exception of oement, which, owing to the loss of the Queen Bee and other causes, has become low, and as high as 24s per bushel is quoted for small lots. This figure is only nominal, as sales of shipments ailoit have been made at a much lower figure. There is a fair trade doing in spirits, but wo report no change in values.

In colonial produco there U tho usual trade doing, with little or no variation in prices. Keg butter la only saleable for local consumption; Canterbury cheese overstocked at Gi<l per lb. Bacon and hams have been selling as low as 4d per lb for rough samples, but prime Canterbury cure is still worth 8d to Od per lb for small lota, JHour remains at £l7 10s per ton for sacks of Oamara and Canterbury mills, Adelaide being quoted at £22 psr ton; but the ruarkot is evidently weaker, and we anticipate a fnrthor reduction in values, Oats meet with tho customarydemand, and are worth from 8s lOd to its per bushel for prime milling sorts; chlckwheat, 4s Od; potatoes overstocked and selling at 4C« per ton.

At the cattle sale yesterday there was a large muster. Dairy cows wont at £7 10s to £9 ss; 3-year old steers, £slos to £6 ; 2-year old steers, £5 ss; yearlings, £3 3s to £1 Is; ewes and lambs, Ss 6d. SYDNEY. Friday. The markets are depressed and prices are unchanged.
