TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. g IU —To-morrow I believe is the quarterly licensing day, and I trust we shall not again have a repetition of what took place the last time the Court was held, U, the granting of licenses to houses where they are not required, to the serious detriment of existing lieenswholders; while another application was refused for no stated reason, although backed up by a petition of the householders in the neighborhood. Such indifference to the expressed wish from a sectiou of the public appears to me to be most intolerable I am, &c, Fair Play. June 4. ...._—^__
