Kerosene is quoted at 2s (Id ; currants are firm at 4Jd to 5d per lb; and dried fruits generally in active demand at our last rates. Usual trade doing In spirits; bulk brandy being quoted at 8s 3d to 8» Cd for Hennessy’s other brands dull. There is uo Adelaide flour in first hands, and the stock in the hands of the bakers is nearly exhausted, advices are received of 200 tons on the way: in the meantime small lots are quoted at £29 per ton. ia produce—Keg butter is dull at lOd to lid per lb, ot prime (samples, with no demand Jfor shipments;
cheese is overstocked, and sales have been made at 7d to 7id for Canterbury; bacon and hams in full supply, and difiicult to quit in parcels except at a great reduction.
