Gordon, petitioner, Gordon respondent, Wilson co-respondent ; Grant, petitioner, Grant, respondent, Challeuder, co-respondent ; Cameron, petitioner, Cameron respondent, were all adjourned till Monday. ATKINSON, PETITIONEE AND ATKINSON, RESPONDENT ; MORGAN, CO-RESPONDENT. This was an application for a rule nisi. The evidence was taken lastjweek, and the matter

then adjourned to allow of a certain affidavit being filed. In the interim this had been done, and the order was made as prayed. A.. TONG, PETITIONER, AND A. TONG, RESPONDENT. Mr. Chapman moved for a rule nisi for the dissolution of the marriage. The evidence was taken by commission, and it appeared that the husband had been guilty of great cruelty, Jessie A. Tong presented herself for crossexamination, and from her evidence it seemed that the parties had kept a publichouse in Dunedin.
