Clayton, Esq., (hi consequence of his family leaving for England), to sell by auction on Wednesday, 2nd Hay, the whole of his elegant household furniture— Consisting of diningroom suite in mahogany covered in morocco, telescope table, cheffonier, easy chairs, Brussels carpet, pictures, &c., &c. Drawingroom suite in walnut covered in crimson rep, cabinets, tea and occasional tables, screens, ornaments, clock under glass shade, pictures, rosewood pianoforte by Erard (trichord throughout), with two music stools and Canterbury, imported direct from the maker, and nearly new. Is a splendid instrument. The furniture of five bedrooms, consists of spring and hair mattresses, Arabian and other bedsteads, chairs, toilet glasses, dressing tables, washstands, carpets, feather pillows, palliasses, sheets and blankets, pictures, fenders and fireirons, chests of drawers, matting, &c.
