She brings two saloon passengers, thirty-one Immigrants, and a full cargo, and comes consigned to the N.Z.S. Co. She left Gravesend on January 20, cleared the Lizards on the 2Cth, and did not reach the Equator until February 5, having experienced a succession of westerly gales. Sailed: Southern Cross, for Raglan.—N.Z.S. Co.'s •ship Waipa. Captain Draw, for London, with a full cargo, valued at £IIB,OOO, and twenty-nine passengers. AUCKLAND, Friday. Sailed: Hinemoa, for the South. The s.s. Napier arrived from Foxton yesterday. She will sail for the same port this afternoon. The steamers Manawatu and Stormbird sailed for “Wanganui yesterday afternoon, the former at 4.30 and latter at 6 o’clock. .The Wellington will leave here for the South at 3 o’clock this afternoon. The s.s. Eingarooma arrived here from Nelson at 8.50 a.m. yesterday. She left there at 9 o’clock the previous night, and had light variable winds with fine weather during the run. She proceeded to Melbourne, via the South, at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon. The steamer Kiwi will leave for Napier and Castlepoint this afternoon. The ship Northampton sailed up to the wharf yes--terday afternoon with the aid of the s.s. Moa. She will be berthed this morning. The Tui went alongside the Northampton yesterday morning at half-past 5 o’clock, and transhipped fifty-five immigrants for the Feilding Settlement. She proceeded to Foxton at 6.30 a.m. The Union Company’s s.s. Taranaki, from the South, arrived here yesterday at noon. She left Port Chalmers at 1 p.m, on the 11th inst., called in at Akaroa, and arrived at Lyttelton at noon next day. Xeft again at 6 p.m., and arrived here as above. The Hinemoa will arrive here from Onehunga this forenoon.

The 8-s. Wellington, from the Northern ports, arrived at the wharf at an early hour this morning.
