LEONARDS ESTATE, in the Amuri District, Province of ■ ■ Nelson, adjoining the Province of Canterbury, containing 100,060 acres freehold, in one compact block, nearly square ; together with about 80,000.'sheep 40 head cattle 70 horses The property will be sold as a whole, or out up into blocks of various, sizes, the largest about 40,000 acres, with proportion of stock to each. The climate of the Nelsen Province 1s considered the finest in the Australasian colonies, and the Amuri District is famed for producing the choicest wool in New Zealand.
