DUNCAN will sell by public auction, at his new salerooms, Panamastreet, on Wednesday, 14th inst„ at 2 o clock precisely— The unexpired term of the lease of the Waihenga Hotel, having 201 years to run, at a moderate rent, together with a paddock of 10 acres for same term. Also, lease of 1\ acres, opposite the hotel, for 10 years, and 10-acre paddock, securely fenced, at Waihenga Township. Furniture, stock, Sec., may be taken at a valuation at the option of the purchaser. Further particulars will be published. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from Mr. Edwin J aokbod, to sell by public sale, at his new auction rooms, Panama-street, on Wednesday, 14th instant, at 2 o’clock— All that valuable piece or parcel of land situated at Petoni, being Section No. 5, containing 13 acres 1 rood and 16 perches (more or less). The above property has been surveyed and divided into 89 sections, having 50ft frontages by a depth of about 104 ft, Plana of the above are open for inspection at the auctioneer’s office.
