TAKE NOTICE—The Valuation List for the above district for the year 1877 is now Open for Inspection at the Tollgate House, Kaiwarra. All objections must be left at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, on or before the 15th day of FEBRUARY, 1877, addressed to the Assessment Court; and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Tollgate House, Kaiwarra, not less than seven days before the next sitting of-the said Court. The Wellington City Council are desirous of receiving designs for the Erection of a Town Hall and Offices. First premium, £2OO, with the option to the Council to pay the premium and take the plans ; or to employ the architect making the design, at 5 per cent, commission on cost, to supervise the building.
