The tickets for the performance at the Theatre Royal,'half of the gross proceeds of which are to- go to the regatta funds, were placed on the table. The performance is to be held on the 17th instant, and when the object for which it is to be given is considered, it is reasonable to suppose that there will be a good attendance. Great credit is due to the committee and their, active and energetic secretary, Mr. Ellaby, for the manner ip which they have worked in ■order to make the coming meeting a success, which we should imagine it can scarcely fail to be. The meeting was adjourned till Monday next. * '
