CALEDONIAN SOCIETY. MR. B. J. DUNCAN has received instructions from the Directors of the Caledonian Society to sell by public auction, on above date, at 2 o’clock, at his new premises, Panama-street— Lot. 1. Plans of the above can be seen at the auc tioneer’s office after Monday. THURSDAY, 21st DECEMBER. MB. E. J. DUNCAN begs to announce that he has been favored with instructions from the Governors of the Wellington College to sell, and will put up to auction, on Thursday, 21st December, at 2 o’clock, at his new auction rooms, Panama-street— The Lease for 21 years, renewable for a further term of 21 years, of all that niece of Land now in the occupation of Edward Pearce, Esq., containing 25 perches or thereabouts, having a frontage of 70ft. to Willisstreet, by a depth of 100 ft. frontage to Lambton harbor, being part of the land reclaimed from the harbor. Bounded towards the North by land in the occupation of Edward 'Pearce, Esq.; towards the South by land now in the occupation of J. P. Margetts, Esq. Possession of the land will be given on the 2nd January, 1877. The rent is to be determined by auction, and the person offering the highest amount above the upset price will be declared the lessee. ‘ The purchaser will have to sign an agreement to execute the lease,-and to pay to the auctioneer the first six months’ rent on the fall of the hammer. A plan of the property may be seen at the office of the auctioneer. The boundaries of the ground-and premises have been pegged off by a surveyor.
