Mr. J. H. Wallace held his land sale, as advertised, at Ids mart. Hunter-street, yesterday. After a luncheon prepared by Mr. Laing, to which justice was done by a numerous attendance. Including the Mayor and a number of leading citizens, the auctioneer proceeding to read the conditions of sale, when the following properties were put upSection 130, Upper Hntt, sold to Jno. Benge, £130; section 131, sold to Thomas Edwards, £270 section 141, sold to Jno. Benge, £270 ; section 136,' sold to Thomas Shepherd, £270; section 137, sold to Thos; Shepherd, £270 ; section 138, sold to Hobt. Hooper, £290. Six acres Tinakori-road, withdrawn at £SOO. Five acres and house, Harori, withdrawn at £SOO : town section 876, Palmerston, sold to W; James, £2B ; section 920, Palmerston, withdrawn at £23section -420/ Foxton, 1 withdrawn, £3 per acre; section 920, Wellington, sold to W.
