The following resolution was carried unanimously at a full meeting of the Towa Council last night: " That this Council disapproves entirely of Macandrew's resolutions, or any form of government which would resuscitate provincialism, the district having Buffered enough throueh neglect and maladministration by the Provincial Government, and affirms its approval of the system of local government on the basis of the Counties Bill introduced by VogeL"
