TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. Sib, —Permit me a few lines in your paper. There are some Italians hawking about town some Mosaic jewellery, which they represent as ten carat gold and gild. I beg to inform the public at large that the metal therein is nothing else but brass, therefore those parties to whom such articles are offered I warn to be on their guard against imposition.—l am, &c, C.
