A PUBLIC AUCTION will be held at the Provincial Government Buildings, Wellington, on TUESDAY, the sth SEPTEMBER, 1876, at 11 o'clock a.m., when VALUABLE TOWN and COUNTRY LANDS, situate at PALMERSTON, FOXTON, FITZHERBERT, FEATHERSTON, MASTERTON, WANGANUI, Pastoral land Pahaua Block, and agricultural lands in the Ohariu, Horokiwi Valley, and Hutt districts. And one allotment in the City of Wellington will be offered for sale ; also, Section No. 217, containing 1237 acres of pastoral land, in the Pahaua Block, East Coast.
