THE NEW MINISTRY.
In a Gazette Extraordinary, issued on Saturday, it is notified that his Excellency the Governor has been pleased to accept the resignation of the Yogel Ministry/ and to appoint in its place Major Atkinson’s Ministry. The following is a list of the appointments:— The Honorable Harry Albert Atkinson to be Premier, Colonial Treasurer, PostmasterGeneral, and Commissioner of Telegraphs. The Honorable Daniel Pollen to be Colonial Secretary. The Honorable Frederick Whitaker to be Attorney-General. The Honorable Sir Donald McLean, K.0.M.G., to be Native Minister. The Honorable Edward Richardson to be Minister for Public Works. The Honorable Charles Christopher Bowen to be Minister of Justice and Commissioner of Stamp Duties. The Honorable John Davies Ormond to be Secretary for Crown Lauda and Minister for Immigration. The Honorable George McLean to be Commissioner of Customs.
