TYPHOID FEVER AT THE COLLEGE.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. Sib, —As my son attended at the College daily, and dined there at the time when such a dangerous disease as typhoid fever existed in the building, I consider that I, as his father, should have been made acquainted with the fact, so that I might have had the option of keeping him away, as my child could have easily caught and communicated the disease. Having found it out by mere accident, I deemed it my duty to let the other parents know. X now shall esteem it a great favor if you will insert the enclosed, which will be interesting to the public.—l am, &c., H. W. Diver. [The article referred to will be found in another column. —Ed.
