Market-street,.purchased by Joseph Saunders for £130; lot 9, Walweturoad, purchased by Peter Laing for £l3O • lots 10 to 14 withdrawn, and are open for sale privately. Mr. Wallace after finishing Mullins'a estate then put up the other properties, with the following result:—H. B. Ellerm's farm and sheep, purchased by the Hon. W. Fitzherbert for £800; J. Guilford's fellmongery establishment, withdrawn, and is for sale privately"; sections Karere block, withdrawn; sections Bunnythorpe and Upper Hutt, withdrawn; section 7, Wallaceville, sold to D. Rankin for £4; section 45, Wallaceville, sold to J. P. Ferguson for £5 ; section 62 N., 26a. 3r. 5p., Otaki, sold to Joseph Saunders for £56. On the whole it was a very satisfactory sale.
