Bacon, hams, and cheese continue low in stock, and in fair demand We quote keg butter, if prime, at lid. per lb.; bacon and hams, 10d. to Is. 4d. r Canterbnry cheese, lOd. to lid. per lb,; flour. £ll per ton for sacks ; Oamaru do, £ll 10s. per ton for bakers’ parcels ; potatoes, moderate stocks at £5 ss. per ton. . , s , , The following produce telegram has been received from the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, dated London, 15th September, 1875 Wool.—Up to date, 184,000 bales have been sold. Market easier for lambs and cross-bred; unchanged for greasy, and for Victorian scoured. Seedy and burry wools are neglected. The principal decline has been in New Zealand cross-bred medium and inferior greasy. Tallow.—Market firm. Stock of all sorts is 0000 casks. Mutton, £4B per tori; boof, £47. Leather,—Market quiet. Mimosa bark,Market is declining. Stocks are in excess of trade requirements. Quotations for Adelaide ground, £ls per ton. Copper. —Market brisk. Tin,—There is a good inquiry. Supplies available for United Kingdom on Ist instant were 12,000 tons. Wheat.—Off coast cargoes have declined ss, since last report, Adelaide is worth 545. per 4901b5.; New Zealand, 525. Od. to 4s/9d. Probably higher rates will yet rule. DUNEDIN, Friday. Produce quotations:—Wheat, 4s Cd. to 4s. 7d.; oats, dull, 2s. 7d. to 2s. Bd.; milling, 2s. 10d.; 0000 bags have been shipped to Melbourne on growers' account. Barley unaltered, quotations nominal, ss. Cd to Os. for malting; for grinding, 4s. Flour, no alteration.
