SUPREME COURT.

CRIMINAL SITTINGS. A sitting of the Supreme Court in its criminal jurisdiction commences at the Supreme Courthouse on Monday morning at 10 o’clock. The following is the calendar George Moffit, horse-stealing ; Eliza Smith, perjury ; Charles Nelson, manslaughter; Akuhata, assault and robbery ; Thomas Roche, obtaining money by means of false pretences ; Charles Scott, stealing from a dwelling ; David Pickley, burglary ; H. W. Campbell, obtaining money by means of false pretences. CIVIL SITTINGS. The civil sittings will probably commence on Thursday. Three causes are set down, viz. ;—-Tod v. Campbell- (a remanet from last sittings).—Action for damages, on account of non-delivery of goods as per bill of lading. Krull v. Knight.—Claim on bill of exchange. Mountain v. Hall.—Disputed boundaries. The latter case will probably not come on.
