The import trade has been dull during the past week, and as stocks are heavy, prices continue low, with little or no alteration from last report. Brandies are more inquired for, Hcnnesey's case being totally absent from stock, and quoted nominally at 255. to 405.; Kartell's case is worth 31s. to 325.; bulk, Bs. 3d. to 9s. Other brands are in improved inquiry. Kerosene is overstocked and difficult to move. We hear of a line of 280 cases at Is. 9Jd. d.p. for diamond brand, but quotations are a shade higher.
