Sir, —Speakin as a horse wich draus a express waggin I feels grateful to them as put up that drinking trouph near the way bridge along of wich me and a lot more often gets a drink without wich we shoudnt see nothing of, but leastways if them as put up this hero trouph would only put arf a lode o gravle in front of it we shudut ave to stand in 6 lunches of water along of wich I catched a drcdful cold and horful panes in the knes o my front legs wich is that sore i can ardly stand in cousekwenco of wich i carnt drar well and my boss ho keeps a swearin Tommy.
