The Customs revenue collected at the port of ■Wellington yesterday was as follows:

The Customs duties received at this port for the four weeks ending August 5, were as under :

We report no change in values during the past week, trade In English imported goods being dull and quieter tTian it has been for some time past. In spirits the usual amount has been cleared out of bond, thus indicating a' steady and regular consumption, as the great bulk goes at once into the retail hands, but we hear of no wholesale transaction requiring comment, and prices are unaltered. Candles are firmly held at 10£d. to 103 d, per lb. Adelaide flour moves off steadily at £l4 to £l4 10s. per ton. Sugars are in fair demand at £45 10s. to £45, for white ; £43 to £44 for Ist counters ; and £4O to £4l per ton for counters, duty paid. In colonial produce there is Utile doing. Stocks of oats are large, and small lots of good feed oats move off retail parcels only at 3s. 4d. to 3s. 6d.j?er, bushel; butter dull at is. to Is. Id. per lb., for prime quality In kegs; cheese in demand at lOd. to 10£d. Elour stocked at £ll to £l2 per ton, for sacks ; and hams and bacon scarce, and worth lOd. to 15d. per lb.; timber overstocked.
