Wallace reports, at his monthly sale of stock, Hutt market, June 2Cows, £5 10s. to £4 2s. 6d.; yearlings, 385.; horses (heavy). £2O ; hacks, £3 16s. to £lO. A good attendance, but very limited quantity of stock offered ; market dull. BY TELEGRAPH AUCKLAND, Wednesday. Sir. Alexander Saunders reports Sales : National Bank, 755.; Beach, 17s. Cd.; City of London, 525. 6d. Sellers: South British, 495.; Fiji. 545.: Bank of New Zealand, 3555. Buyers: Standard, 125.; Albion, 235.; Moanatairi, 175.; New Zealand Insurance, 80s. HOKITIKA, Wednesday. At the cattle sale to-day beet averaged 40s. per lOOlbs.; sheep, 14s. Cd. to 20s.
