WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office, up to NOON on WEDNESDAY, 14th Ap.il> 1575, for the construction of the above. They must bo addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Wellington, and marked outside “Tender for Sixth-Class Stations, Wellington and Masterton Railway,” and accompanied by a cheque on some Bank in the town where the Tender is lodged ; such cheque to be specially marked by a Banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be in favor of “The Receiver-General’s Deposit Account only,”—and not to bearer or order. Plans and specifications may be seen at this Office, and at the District Engineer’s Office, Hutt, and Railway Office, Upper Hutt. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
