The mains will be charged at full pressure thrice daily, viz., from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Heavy penalties are recoverable and will bo enforced for allowing water to run to waste or unlawful use thereof.
