Walter Scott Hold, Esq., to be the Patent Officer under the Patents Act, 18/0; .Jacob Selig Caro, Esq., to be Public Vaccinator for Pelorus, iu the province of Marlborough ; Ebenezer Baker, Esq., to be Deputy-Sheriff for the district of Wellington ; Joseph Klator, to be an Officer for the Survey and Measurement of Ships, at the Port of Wellington ; and Richard Hewsou, at the Port of Nelson; William Holmes, juu., to he a Cadet of the Customs at the Port of Wellington : appointment to date from Ist February, 1875.
