BELVEDERE SAW AND FLOUR MILLS. This valuable estate is situate at the Taratahi, Wairarapa, a few miles from Greytown, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The proposed line of railway is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a station will be placed in close proximity. At present there is a good metalled road up to the Mills. The Freehold consists of 1100 acres of splendid Totara bush, with a fair sprinkling of pines ; it is allowed by competent judges to be THE FINEST TOTARA BUSH In the Wairarapa. The property comprises 34 Acres of Land, more or less, Boiling-down Plant, Store and Tallow Shed, Cottage, and Smoke House. The above property is excellently situated, having a never-failing stream of water running through it, and is admirably adapted for the following industries, viz. : Boiling-down stock, spap and candle works, fellmongering and tannery.
