BELVEDERE SAW AND FLOUR MILLS. This valuable estate is situate at the Taratahi, Wairarapa, a few miles from Greytown, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The proposed line of railway is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a station will be placed in close proximity. At present there is a good metalled road up to the Mills. The Freehold consists of 1100 acres of splendid Totara bush, with a fair sprinkling of pines ; it is allowed by competent judges to be THE FINEST TOTARA BUSH In the Wairarapa. The land, when cleared, is admirably adapted for agricultural purposes. The Saw-mill is one of the most complete in the province, worked by engines combining 10-horse power.
