BY TELEGRAPH. PORT CHALMERS, Friday. Arrived. —The Phoebe, s.s., from Lyttelton. NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. Arrived. —The Mary Webster, from Sydney, LYTTELTON, Friday. Sailed.— The Spray for Wellington, with 380 sacks of wheat, and 2135 packages of tea ex Medora. The Wellington sails to-morrow for the North. : NAPIER, Friday. The Rangatira sails for Wellington at 10 o’clock to-morrow morning. NELSON, Friday. The Taranaki sails North at C o’clock p.m. The ketch Falcon sailed for Blenheim last evening with a full cargo and three passengers. . The steamer Lyttelton discharged her wool into the ship Soukar yesterday morning, shipped a few packages of merchandise, and sailed for Blenheim last eV The°brig Wild Wave, having ballasted, hauled from the wharf yesterday afternoon, and will sail for Newcastle with the first change of wind. The steamer Manawatu, Captain Evans, arrived from Wanganui at 8 o'clock yesterday morning with a number of passengers and a quantity of cargo. She took on board a quantity of transhipped cargo, and sailed again for Wanganui shortly after noon. Messrs. Turnbull and Co.’s new schooner—the Elibank Castle—is laid up behind the firm’s warehouse for the purpose of effecting alterations to her rigging. She will be converted into a double-topsail schooner. _ x The fine steamer Easby left for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers last evening. She discharged at this port about 300 tons of general cargo and 500 tons of coal, and took on board a number of massive telegraph posts and a 5-ton portable engine. A few passengers proceeded by her. , The steamer Manawatu, from Wanganui, was the only arrival at the port of Wellington yesterday. The schooner Aspasia was launched yesterday morning from Messrs. Coffey and Dixon’s slip, Clyde-quay, after receiving a thorough overhaul to her hull and rigging. The greater portion of her topsides is new, and several new planks have replaced defective ones in her bottom. The schooner Aurora, belonging to the same owner (Mr. Pearce), is likely to be the next craft taken up by Messrs. Coffey and Dixon.
