Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1874. 2. Electing two Directors, in lieu of John H. Goodlet, Esq., and the Hon. John Smith, M.L.C., who retire in terms of Bye-law V., and one of whom only is eligible for re-elec-tion. 3, Electing an Auditor, in lieu of Henry Phillips, Esq. ; who retires in terms of Bye-law X., and who is not eligible for re-election.
