DUNCAN has been favored with instructions to sell by public auction on Tuesday, 23rd February, at 12 o’clock noon, at his salerooms, 99 Building Sites, having frontages to some of the principal streets, each having a uniform width of 50ft, in Te Aro, viz., Riddiford-street, Rhodesstreet, Darnel-street, Normanbystreet, Donald McLean-etrcet, Fer-gusson-street, and Arney-street, some of which streets are already formed and others are in course of formation. Each allotment has a frontage to one of the above-named streets of about 35 feet, by a depth of about, say 107 feet.
