NOTICE is hereby given that there will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lauds Office, Provincial Government Buildings, Wellington, on THURSDAY, 25th FEBRUARY, 1875, at eleven o'clock, forenoon, the following Crown lands, viz : 14 valuable BUILDING SITES, situated in the Te Aro Pa Reserve, City of Wellington 2126 acres of PASTORAL LAND in the East Coast district 1 section AGRICULTURAL LAND in the Taratahi Plain Block, Wairarapa district, and 1 section in Rangitikei district. Also, 340 TOWN and 126 SUBURBAN SECTIONS situated in the township of Buunythorpe, Manawatu district. The Township of Buunythorpe is situated at the junction from which the railway lines to Napier,- Wanganui, and Foxton radiate, and is within a moderate distance of Palmerston. The land is of the richest quality, consisting of flat bush, and the whole district abounds with the most valuable, timber. The township possesses a frontage to the railway several miles in length. The Town Sections vary from J-acre to 7 acres each, and, the Suburban sec-, tions are from 10 to 70 acres each.
