The property comprises—--4673 acre 3 3 roods 14 perches, or thereabouts, of freehold land; 825 acres of pasturage land, without right of pre-emption; 1156 acres, with right thereon, held under and known as Canterbury Association pre-emp-tive rights; and 60 acre 3, with improvement pre-emptive right over the same under Canterbury Waste Lands Regulations, all situate in the Lincoln district of the said Province of Canterbury; together with 1200 mixed sheep and 500 head of mixed cattle depasturing upon the said estate.
