WHEREAS JOSEPH WILSON CHISHOLM, of the city of Wellington, Builder, has obtained money from the above-mentioned Society upon security of a mortgage of a certain leasehold interest in land, situate in the said city of Wellington, and being part of section No. 131 the plan thereof, and agreed with the jstees of the said Society to completely erect a dwelling-house thereon ; and whereas the said Joseph Wilson Chishohn hath not completed the said dwelling-house, and hath _n -rise failed to comply with the rides of id Society to the prejudice of the said society: Notice is hereby given to the said Joseph Wilson Chisholm, and to all such other persons as it may concern, that after seven days from this date the said premises so mortgaged as aforesaid will be liable to be sold, and will be sold or otherwise dealt with in ac - cordance with the rules of the said Society.
