Rhodes and Others, by Mr. Richard Walton, of Here-ford-street, Christchurch,-the person appointed by the said Court, at his auction rooms, in Hereford-street aforesaid, on THURSDAY, the 4th day of FEBRUARY, 1875, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, certain freehold and pastoral property, known as the “ Ahmiri Estate,” situate at the Halswel Iriver, in the Lincoln district, Province of Canterbury, in convenient lots to suit purchasers, and subject to conditions to be -produced at the time of sale. The property comprises—--4673 acres 3 roods 14 perches, or thereabouts, of freehold land; 825 acres of pasturage land, without right of pre-emption; 1156 acres, with right thereon, held under and known as Canterbury Association pre-emp-tive rights; and 60 acres, with improvement pre-emptive right over the same under Canterbury Waste Lands Regulations, all situate in the Lincoln district of the said Province of Canterbury; together with 1200 mixed sheep and 500 head of mixed cattle depasturing upon the said estate.
