DUNCAN will sell by auction on Wednesday, 20th January, 1875, at his sale rooms, the following valuable City Properties, namely— Town Acre, No, 713, in Wallaco-street, with dwelling-house, kitchen, and outhouses, stables for four horses ; all built within past tv/o years. Town Acre Nos. 953 and 955, in one block, with double frontages to Stokosstreet and Adelaido-road. Plans of the above acres may be seen at the office of the auctioneer. Also, A piece of freehold land, 25ft. Cin. x 66ft., in Taranaki-strcet, together with that new and substantial dwellinghouse erected thereon, containing seven rooms.
