We report no change in values of imported goods, the generality remaining at our last quotations. Currants are becomo scarce, but as large supplies are on hand by "The Douglas," which arrived in port this morning, quotations are unaltered. Eleme raisins, in fair demand, at 6d. to o}d. Spirits, dull, with a slight reduction in bulk brandy. Bottled beer is still in excess of our wants, with little trade doing. Teas of the last shipment, per "May," are moving off satisfactorily to importers, and at fair rates. In produce, we report an improved demand for feeding grains ; and oats are now Ann at ss. 3d. to ss. 6d. per bushel, with an upward tendency. Flour has also hardened during the week, and importers now

ask an advance of 103. per ton on last week's quotations ; but, in the face of large stocks, we hardly suppose the advance will be maintained. Keg butter, neglectted. Cheese, firm, at 9d. to OJd. per lb. Sawn timber, very scarce—matai is worth £7 10s.; pine, wliite and red, £7 ; and totara, £9 to £lO per 1000 feet, for boards and scantling. irSOLIBII EXTORTS TO AUSTRALIA. The values of the English exports for the month, as advised by the mail just to hand, are as follows :—To Melbourne, £511,100: Sydney, £270,000 ; Queensland, £02,200; Adelaide, £181,300; Tasmania, £20,900; New Zealand, £264,400.
