TOWNSEND EDWARDS, Esquire, the Sheriff for the District of Wanganui, have this day by virtue of the above-mentioned writ seized in execution tinder the said Act, all that piece or parcel of land situate and being in the suburbs of the town of Wanganui, in the Province of Wellington, and being the allotment numbered thirty-eight of a sub-division of suburban section twenty-eight.
